Welcome to Desired Lights, Australia's Most Desired Red Light Therapy Provider. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

1. Shipping Coverage - Domestic Shipping: We ship to all locations within Australia. International Shipping: Currently, we offer shipping on select devices only to international destinations with a flat fee of $50 AUD. Please check our website for available devices.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Domestic Orders: Shipping is free for all domestic orders within Australia & New Zealand. International Orders: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times:
- Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary based on destination, usually between 7-21 business days.

3. Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

4. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can track your order's progress on our website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, Desired Lights is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged/Missing/Lost Items:  Desired Lights is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
